This 42 story condominium tower in Wong Amat north Pattaya by Sansiri PLC is their first venture into the testing market of Pattaya. They selected SL+A to be Architects and Interior Design partner for this site and project.
On the north end of Wong Amat the condominium provides views north west to the islands and up the coast, and south west across the skyline of Pattaya. The design includes 5 different unit types ranging from studio to 3 bedroom and a duplex unit type. The room count or 440 units requires extensive facilities and this is achieved with a large pool and water scape at ground level, a separate pool on the north side and a dramatic roof top lounge and 20 m infinity edge pool and sunset relaxation area. The facilities also include gym and fitness as well as a private beach area to the north facing the Sanctuary of Truth temple.
The building area totals 30,000 m2 and was completed in 2015.
