SL+A won the architectural design competition for this very prestigious site and office building on Sathorn road. The building achieved multiple degree’s of excellence – Efficiency; over 70% area utilization, Environmental- LEED® Gold V4 DB&C, and one of the highest rentals in the city.
The 70,000.00m2 36 story building is developed by AIA and reflects their commitment to excellence and a quality work environment. The large high main lobby greets tenants and visitor and the state of the art security and lift system -destination controlled ensure minimum waiting time and efficient traffic and energy management. The first office building in Bangkok to feature 100% LED work space lighting the work environment is further enriched with high ceiling and clean metal panel ceilings. Working with Meinhardt Thailand for MEP, Façade & C&S and built by Thai Obayashi the building was voted Corporate Office of the year BCI ASIA Awards when completed in 2016.
